The Most Important Conversation You’ll Ever Have

We have conversations with our friends, family, co-workers, husband, children, and
strangers from mundane to highly classified information.

You know what I’m talking
about. The kind of conversations that you are sworn to secrecy about.

Yet, the most important conversations are the ones we have with ourselves.

Do you lift yourself up and encourage yourself? Do you have heart to heart conversations that require your honesty and integrity when you fall short of your goal?

Do you face your shadows, embrace them AND integrate them? After all, you are a dichotomy of light and dark. Both are valid and needed.

Do you talk in defeat to them
or speak power to truth?

Do you validate yourself for a job well done? “Hi five girl. You
did that!” Do you encourage yourself? Do you remind yourself you have this? Do you
tell yourself quitting is not an option, but revamping is?

Our tongue holds with it the power of life and death. If you want to succeed, you must mind your mouth. In doing so, this helps you to leave the victim’s mentality behind; another disempowering trait.

We all have strength potential. However, what we cultivate becomes our dominant characteristic.

In other words, “what you focus on
expands.” “What you nurture grows.”

Don’t let your conversations become your barrierfor living your best life. Rather let them fertilize your dreams.

Many of us have heard the term ‘storyteller’. Let’s focus on being a truth teller. To master integrity in your life is a sure way to tell the world “I’m 10 toes down on my own
side.”

Having difficult conversations with yourself creates resilience against being apeople pleaser. You are more likely to have difficult conversations with others. You
learn to set boundaries that are enforced.

Food for thought: I encourage you to become clear and move accordingly as a double-minded man or woman is considered unstable in all their ways. When you can’t or
won’t be accountable to yourself, can you be trusted by you? Can others trust you?

Remember, there are no casual conversations.

You are listening.

Your body is listening.

The Universe is listening.
